The entrance will be officially opened and operational for all traffic at 12 noon on Monday, November 1st providing there is no rain this Friday, Saturday or Sunday. On those days, the pavers at the entrance will be powerwashed, sealed and allowed to dry completely.
We are very pleased with the overall efforts of our contractors for the improvements and expansion at Davis Boulevard. We are also very appreciative of the patience and understanding shown by our members during this project.
PLEASE NOTE: Work will be ongoing following the Davis opening next Monday. Please enter and exit with caution.
The new gates will be installed later next week, but the davit arms (single mechanical arms) will be in place and operational on Monday. Asphalt paving, more landscaping, and Christmas decorations will also be added in the next two weeks.
